Product Details

- Paper Stock: All prints in my store are printed onto lightly textured Matte finish FSC Certified 350gsm heavyweight paper, it's acid free and manufactured from 100% ECF recycled fibre.

Acid-free paper ensures that your print will stand the test of time. There's no issue of the paper or artwork fading or yellowing over the years.

I believe that art should be enjoyed for generations to come. That's why I've gone the extra mile to ensure that my prints are not only visually accurate to the originals but also long-lasting and contribute to a greener planet.

- Print quality: Printed using a market leading HP Indigo 100k DIGITAL press and renewable Eco-friendly inks ensures that all my prints have vibrant colours, deep contrasts, and sharp details. There's no compromise when it comes to print quality.

- Packaging: Always packed & shipped with care!

It is of paramount importance to me that your print is delivered safely to you. Each individual A4/A3 print comes supplied in its own 100% recyclable cellophane sealable bag with an additional layer of 480GSM Greyboard backing to add an extra layer of safeguarding during transportation, this is then placed into a rigid high quality corrugated envelope. Returns

I understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a print. I want to assure you that I have a hassle-free return policy in place to make the process as smooth as possible.

If you decide to return a print, you have 14 days from the date of receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your print must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its unopened cellophane packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact me with your receipt or proof of purchase at info@mozgwai-art.co.uk and I will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

When returning a print, please ensure that it is packaged securely using the original reinforced envelope to prevent any damage during transit. The cost and safe return of the print are the responsibility of the customer, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

On the reverse of the reinforced envelope, you will find a small sticker with the return address. Please use this address to return your print.

I recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure the safe delivery of the print back to me. In the event that the parcel is lost or delayed in transit, having a tracking number will help me resolve the issue more efficiently.

While I offer global delivery, I am unable to coordinate item returns from outside of the UK. It is the customer’s responsibility to organise international returns including payment for any delivery charges and duty incurred. Duty charges incurred on my part will be deducted from any refund due. The parcel carrier or post office should declare the goods as returned goods and no duty should be payable. It's important that you make it clear on the package that the goods are returns.

You can always contact me for any return questions you may have at info@mozgwai-art.co.uk

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect the returned print, I will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Please note that the refund will exclude the original delivery costs, as those are non-refundable.
